Sample Preparation by Roller Compaction<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Using the roller compactor, slab can be compacted to be compacted to a target density using load. To prepare wheel tracking specimen and to provide slave \/ to be cut for bending fatigue test. The units is pneumatically powered and is fully enclosed by a safety cutout switches for complete operator safety.<\/span><\/p>\n

The apparatus comprises :-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Steel frame roller compactor with roller segment reciprocating mould support table, pneumatic actuators for reciprocating table and applying compaction force.<\/span><\/p>\n

*PLC controller for compacting start, emergency stop, automatic selection and number of roller passes.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Different level of vertical for can be selected up to approximately 12 kN.<\/span><\/p>\n
